Flutter App Development for iOS & Android

Anekant Tech builds cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter, a single codebase that ships native-performance apps to both iOS and Android. That typically means faster delivery and lower maintenance than two separate native apps, without giving up smooth animation or access to device hardware.

Best for
Startups, consumer apps, field-team and internal apps
You get
Design, iOS + Android apps, backend, store launch
Core stack
Flutter, Dart, Firebase, Supabase, Node.js
Ownership
100% of the source code and store accounts

What's included

Product & UX design

User flows, wireframes and a polished interface that follows iOS and Android conventions where it matters.

Flutter app engineering

One maintainable codebase with clear state management, automated tests and smooth 60/120 Hz animation.

Offline-first data

Local storage and background sync so the app keeps working on poor networks, essential for field teams.

Security & login

Biometric unlock, secure token storage (Keychain / Keystore), role-based access and encrypted data in transit.

Backend & APIs

Firebase, Supabase or a custom backend with push notifications, payments and admin dashboards.

Store launch & support

App Store and Google Play submission, crash reporting, analytics and ongoing releases.

Signs you need this

  • You need the same app on iOS and Android without paying for two teams.
  • Your team works in the field and needs an app that works offline.
  • Your current app is slow, crashes, or is hard to update.
  • You want to validate an idea with an MVP, then scale it without a rewrite.

How we work

  1. Discovery & scopeCore user journeys, must-have vs. later features, and integrations.
  2. UX & UI designClickable prototype tested before development starts.
  3. Sprint-based buildTwo-week sprints with test builds on your phone via TestFlight and Play internal testing.
  4. QA on real devicesTesting across screen sizes, OS versions and network conditions.
  5. Store submissionListings, screenshots, privacy disclosures and review handling.
  6. Post-launchMonitoring, analytics, OS-update compatibility and feature releases.

Technology we use

We choose tools for your requirements and your team's ability to maintain them; these are the ones we use most.

App

  • Flutter
  • Dart
  • Riverpod / Bloc
  • Platform channels

Backend

  • Firebase
  • Supabase
  • Node.js
  • Go

Data

  • PostgreSQL
  • SQLite / Drift
  • Firestore
  • Redis

Delivery

  • Codemagic
  • GitHub Actions
  • Crashlytics
  • Sentry

What affects cost and timeline

Every project is quoted after a short discovery call. These are the factors that move the estimate most:

  • Number of screens and user roles.
  • Offline sync, real-time features and background processing.
  • Hardware features: camera, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, sensors.
  • Whether you need a backend and admin panel built too.
  • Third-party integrations such as payments, maps or ERP/CRM systems.

Frequently asked questions

Why choose Flutter instead of building separate native apps?

Flutter compiles one Dart codebase to native ARM code for both iOS and Android, so you build and maintain one app instead of two. For most business and consumer apps the performance difference is not noticeable, and you can still call native iOS and Android APIs where needed.

Is Flutter better than React Native?

Neither is better for every project. Flutter draws its own UI, which gives pixel-consistent design across platforms; React Native uses native components and suits teams already invested in React. We compare them in detail in Flutter vs React Native.

Can a Flutter app work offline?

Yes. We store data locally on the device and sync it with the server when a connection is available, including conflict handling for records edited in two places.

Do you publish the app to the App Store and Google Play?

Yes. We prepare store listings, privacy disclosures and builds, handle the review process, and publish under developer accounts that you own.

Can you take over an existing Flutter app?

Yes. We start with a code audit covering architecture, dependencies, tests and crash data, then propose fixes before adding new features.
