Cybersecurity Audit

Anekant Tech reviews your website, web app or mobile app for the weaknesses that cause real incidents: broken access control, injection, exposed secrets, weak configuration and vulnerable dependencies. You get a plain-language report ranked by risk, and we can fix what we find.

Best for
Pre-launch checks, customer security reviews, post-incident cleanup
You get
Findings report, risk ranking, fix guidance, re-test
Core tools
OWASP Top 10, dependency scanners, header and TLS checks
Scope
Agreed in writing, on systems you own or control
In short

A cybersecurity audit is a structured review of your website, apps and infrastructure to find weaknesses before attackers do. It covers configuration, code, access control and dependencies, and ends with a ranked list of findings and fixes your team can act on.

What's included

Web & API review

Authentication, session handling, access control, input validation and error handling.

Mobile app review

Local storage, network traffic, API keys and platform permissions.

Configuration review

Security headers, TLS, CORS, cloud storage and DNS settings.

Dependency audit

Known vulnerabilities in packages and libraries, with upgrade paths.

Secrets & access

Exposed keys, over-broad permissions and accounts that should be removed.

Report & re-test

Findings ranked by risk with fix guidance, and a re-test once fixes ship.

Signs you need this

  • A customer or investor has asked for a security review.
  • You are about to launch, or have never had the app reviewed.
  • Nobody is sure who has access to which systems.
  • You have had a breach, a spam injection or a suspicious login.

How we work

  1. ScopeAgree systems, rules and timing in writing.
  2. ReviewConfiguration, code and dependency review.
  3. TestControlled testing against the agreed scope.
  4. ReportRanked findings with clear fix guidance.
  5. Fix & re-testWe can implement fixes, then confirm they hold.

Technology we use

We choose tools for your requirements and your team's ability to maintain them; these are the ones we use most.

Standards

  • OWASP Top 10
  • OWASP ASVS
  • OWASP MASVS

Checks

  • Dependency scanning
  • Header and TLS checks
  • Manual review

Platforms

  • Cloudflare
  • Firebase
  • AWS

What affects cost and timeline

Every project is quoted after a short discovery call. These are the factors that move the estimate most:

  • Number of apps, APIs and environments in scope.
  • Depth: configuration review versus full testing.
  • Whether we also implement the fixes.
  • Whether a re-test is included.

Frequently asked questions

What does a cybersecurity audit include?

We review authentication, access control, input handling, configuration, dependencies and secrets for the systems in scope, then deliver a report ranking each finding by risk with guidance to fix it.

Is this the same as penetration testing?

They overlap. An audit reviews configuration, code and access broadly. Penetration testing actively attempts to exploit weaknesses. We agree which you need, and the rules of engagement, in writing before starting.

Will testing disrupt our live site?

We plan to avoid it: testing is scoped, scheduled and, where possible, run against a staging copy. Anything that could affect production is agreed with you first.

Do you offer a compliance certificate?

No. We are not an accredited certification body. Our report supports your own compliance work and customer questionnaires, but it is not a certification.
